READY TO GO: Horses in action at Victor Harbor.
Racing will return to Victor Harbor Harness Racing Club on December 27, with bumper crowds expected on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The track is in top condition, and the parade ring looking spectacular as the committee prepares for the upcoming race day.
The traditional Christmas races will feature the Lonsdale Sand and Metal Pace Cup, which is expected to attract some of the best pacers from the state.
With $8500 in prize money attached to the race, it’s one not to miss.
The club has organised all the regular attractions, including children’s entertainment, food, bar, bookies and TAB, plus it’s renowned family-friendly environment.
COVID check-ins will be mandatory.
Tickets are $10 adults, $6 concession and kids under 16 are Free.
